Change the world

How we work

To implement the peer assistance through a tutor or mentor model to create shared spaces of learning, shared knowledge, and shared responsibility.

Through a proactive, holistic support; mentoring can assist with the transforming of thinking and assist students to navigate the system towards self-development.

Providing opportunities for students to learn from and support each other in small groups, through the establishment of a range of peer-facilitated learning communities.

Providing a range of student development and support programmes, services and activities (e.g. SI, Writing Centres, counselling, mentoring, tutoring, Keys to Success, orientation) that are offered as part of a collaborative partnership with faculties and integrated into academic programmes where possible.
